Steps:

2. Open System update app and click Reboot to Recovery
3. Make A backup via twrp (Recommended,optional)
4. Click install zip and choose the downloaded file.

If you have rooted you can follow the below Steps:

1. Install this app : http://j.gs/7djW
2.Open the app and allow root permission when it ask
3. Reduce the CPU clock speed to 1.1 GHz(Believe ME IT WILL NOT CAUSE ANY LAG)
4.tick apply on boot (See the pic)
5.If you don't use 4G/3G goto settings and select network to 2g only or 3g recommended as Required
6.Disable Auto Brightness
7.Also Clear Apps from ram if not needed

FIRST Download and install Drivers IN PC: http://sh.st/WXr2J

1. GUIDE TO UNLOCK BOOTLOADER

                            This one need a PC to work .Also backup everything Like photos, videos                            ,music contacts     etc..Before unlocking bootloader

         PROCEDURE

•  Download this file : http://j.gs/7diS        and extract it
• Open Adb folder
• Press Shit key and right click on that folder ,then select command window from the box that will appear
• Follow below commands
  1.Type adb reboot bootloader
  2.After it Reboots
  3.Type fastboot oem unlock
  4.press volume up confirm
• Now bootloader is unlocked ,Presss power button for 10 sec to power off(BUT DO NOT START THE DEVICE)
  IF the device reboot instead of powering off,keep pressing power key for 10 sec until it finally shut down
• Open Sp flash tools folder and open flash tool application
• Click on scatter loading And select MT6795_Android_scatter****.txt file present in the downloaded zip
• Select ONLY Userdata(untick recovery.img)
•  Make  sure download agent is DA_PL.bin ,if not choose it
• Then click Download
• After the process finishes You can see a Green tick mark  (2nd photo below)
• Reboot (it will take some time)

 

Guide to Root 

• Goto Settings->About phone, Tap on Version for 10 times to enable Developer Options
• After that Goto Settings-> Developer options and enable USB debugging and Choose Allow mock connecion's
• Install Kingroot apk from here :  http://j.gs/7diK OR from here :  http://j.gs/7diR
• Open it and CLick on root ,Also make sure wifi / data is on
• Wait for some time ..and Your Device is Rooted

Guide to Flash TWRP

• Copy recovery.img inside this file to sdcard
• Backup boot and stock recovery .img via that app(recommended,but optional)
• Open flashify-> click Flash-> Recovery->Choose File and select file you copied to sd card
